You need to start with a regular doctor. S/He may send you to an Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist. Symptoms ARE snoring, sleep apnea, and trouble breathing. The doctor can explain what they can do. Get started today!! Make that appt. this morning!
Bless you and Good luck!
it is a condition where the septum blocks one side of the nose. surgery is probably the answer. you can try the nasal strips and see a difference in your breathing which should help snoring. good luck.
My wife has had surgery twice and still has problems. I don’t have any nose problems but when I had my ears checked by an ENT Dr. he told me I had one and he could operate on it if I would like. I told him no thanks. You can pretty much tell your self if your sinuses aren’t bothering you. All you have to do is gently put your thumb over each hole in your nose and take a breath. You will know if it is blocked. Now it’s a possibility you have allergies and they are blocking it. Remember DRs.Charge an arm and a leg for a nose job.
