I am asking about my husband, who refuses to ask his doctor.

Hi Mrs H.
Did you know all the symptoms you listed are part of sleep apnea? Plus sleep apnea is usually noticed by the bed partner first. Many people who have sleep apnea have no sleep complaints.
The most common obstructive sleep apnea symptoms include:
daytime sleepiness or fatigue
dry mouth or sore throat upon awakening
headaches in the morning
intellectual impairment, such as trouble concentrating, forgetfulness, or irritability
night sweats
restlessness during sleep
sexual dysfunction
snoring
sudden awakenings with a sensation of gasping or choking
Hopefully he will talk to a doctor soon. It’s not good to stop/shortness of breath while resting.
