All the best
nothing
Twitching and grabbing your on your own with, but as for snoring, try sleeping in different positions or using strips to hold your nose open more clearly, s*** like that…
Not to much can be done about your twitching, most of that is an automatic function of your body, your reaction to your girlfriend’s touch was a sleepwalking response, along with your snoring I would suggest you get a sleep study done, you may be suffering from a sleep disorder.
Go to the Dr. It might be a temporary blockage of the pharynx as you aspirate and you twitch because of the lack of air .are you over wight ? if that’s the case you need to talk to your doctor.
have a sleep study done see your doc and tell him what you just said here
You need to change your sleeping position and you also need to do some lifestyle changes in order for you to stop snoring…also, there are many products in the market that can help you in your snoring problem, such as anti snoring pillow, anti snoring spray, exercises, chin strap etc…you just have to find out which one suits you best.
