My dad is currently snoring and I’m next to my parents’ room. Their could be a freaking terrorist attack going on at my house and I wouldn’t even know it cause his snoring is so loud! How can I make it stop? Whenever he snores, the walls in my room shake. He even stops snoring for a while and then suddenly SNOREEEE, and it gives me a massive heart attack? How can I make this man give me some peaceful sleep and rest for the rest of my life! Please help:) thanks:)

My 2 year old still wears a diaper to bed. The only thing is that EVERY single night, while in his sleep, he pulls his penis out of his diaper and soaks the whole bed. In the winter, we used to put zip up one piece jammies on him, until he learned to unzip it and pull it out, in his sleep. I know it sounds weird, but we have physically seen him do it while he is fast asleep snoring. We remedied it by getting button up jammies. It stopped for the last few months, but he is doing it again now.
The only thing is that it is summer now, and we don’t have central air conditioning. Thus making it impossible to put full pj’s on him comfortably at night. Previously we had just put pj shorts on him and it was working, now it doesn’t work at all!! He is soaking his bed, and I am forced to wash bedding every night!!! I
tried putting a towel underneath him, and he freaks out that he doesn’t want the towel under him, and if leave it there he pulls it out from underneath him, and throws in on the floor. The only thing I was left to think of was eliminating liquids after dinner, and going potty right before bed (we are just in the middle stages of potty training), but this still did not put an end to it, and I feel horrible telling him no when he is thirsty.
I cannot put full pjs on him, its too hot.
Help?

I was just researching why i’ve been so tired lately, I ran into a article about sleep apnea. I have some of the symptoms such as snoring, restless sleep, feeling tired through out the day, moodiness, forgetfulness, and I can be very irritable at times.Should I get it checked out?

And if it sn’t snoring its some other god forsaken bloody noise? To be honest, i’ve had enough. It’s been so long since i got a good sleep that i’m permanently ratty and considering breaking up. Am i being irrational? No, i don’t think so as this is causing major problems in our relationship because i am so damn tired and not up for anything whatsoever!!!!
Good answers. But nowhere else to sleep but with HIM.

I have been married for almost a year, and my husband’s snoring is driving me crazy! He refuses to wear nasal strips or go to the doctor and says that it’s something I have to learn to live with. He is very overweight, too, so I would imagine that his snoring is related to that. I can’t sleep! We have a 1 bedroom apartment so I can’t just go to the other bedroom to sleep. Does anybody else have problems with this? What can I do?
Dear Hendrxson,
If you can’t contribute something meaningful, then shut the hell up. Only real answers please. Thanks.

We both stay in a pretty small, cramped room. Her boyfriend sleeps over a few nights a week. Recently he began to snore really loudly! It is so loud that I wonder if the room next to us can hear it! I’m not exaggerating.
Even though she’s lying right next to him, she can sleep through it! But I cannot sleep at all! I’ve tried burying my head under the blankets and pillows, but I end up suffocating myself. One night it was so bad that I just got up and slept outside in the common room.
I’m a college student that needs rest so I can be energized for classes the next day. I tried addressing this problem with her, but she just sort of brushed it off, saying that I should talk to him. When she told him, he just said that he couldn’t do anything about it because he has tried remedies, but they don’t work.
Am I being selfish since I’m the only one it disturbs? I don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings, help please!!
BTW, I know for sure he doesn’t drink. Haha.
