Husband hit me very hard to get me to stop snoring?

I understand how frustrating snoring is to listen to but when I wake someone up, I do it gently. This morning my husband hit and shoved me very aggressively. Maybe he’s just frustrated with me. I am just going to move to another room because I don’t like getting woken up like that. But do you think that his behavior was appropriate? I mean, could he be aggressive like that to me when we’re awake? It really shocked me. I kind of felt like I was being abused and I have felt sad and confused about it all day.

He tried that mouth piece they advertise on TV and it didn’t work. I NEED some SLEEP! When I was working full-time I was a sorry sort. Exhausted all the time. . . I can not get a job because I am so tired all the time. I have tried ear plugs but I can still hear him. I need my own room I guess but we can not afford to sell and buy a bigger house, nor put on an addition. Has anyone had success with other ideas to stop snoring? Thanx!

How do you know when someone is sleeping?

I was just curious about something. Can people hear everything your saying when they are asleep (like heavy sleepers). Cause what if your talking about somebody…like your talking to someone else about a birthday party and the birthday boy/girl is sleeping on a couch across the room from you…how can you tell if that person on the couch is sleeping or if they are just lying there? I’ve heard that you can tell a person is in a dead sleep if they are snoring. So…should you just go to another room or could it be safe to talk in the same room?

HELP: How do i get my husband to stop snoring?

My husband is snoring much more and much louder than he ever has before this past week && a half or so. I feel like i have to fight for sleep at night. Last night i even had too wear ear plugs. But eventually, they started to fall out && i couldn’t get them back in without hurting. So i end up frustrated && not being able to sleep again. He says his throats been swollen && sore && his sinuses have been acting up a little. Please if you know some kind of cure or pill or something that’ll help, for the love of sleep, let me know!!
I don’t have money or insurance to go see a doctor.

I try the elbow in the ribs thing like 10 times a night, doesn’t work. He wakes up b*tches, then goes back to sleeping and snoring again.

sleep apnea?

Is it possible for a person with sleep apnea to not snore every night? To actually sleep well some nights?
It is my 2 year old. HE has an appointment tomorrow with his pedi for it. I had known he sometimes woke from it but when I was up all night with our youngest for several nights over the weekend I saw just how OFTEN it was happening. Last night he slept really reall though.

how can I prevent myself from snoring?

Is there any specific way I have to sleep, or what do I need to do before going to sleep?

How do you stop a side-sleeper from snoring?

Everything I’ve seen, heard, or read says to get someone to stop snoring, you have to get him to roll over on his side – but my husband already sleeps on his side. So when he wakes me up in the middle of the night, poking him doesn’t help. He’ll barely wake up, apologize, stop for about thirty seconds, and the freight train starts up again. I can’t get him to go to the doctor about it, since our insurance is utter crap, and our couch hurts his back so I can’t ask him to leave the room. I work, so I can’t move to the couch either. Any ideas??

I’m curious if people that snore hear them self snore when they sleep or are they immune to there owne sound and not hear it when they sleep
