zouite, kudo,pure sleep,? please help i really need to know ,because my insure don’t pay for but my sleep dr said pure sleep, but im hearing different devices,,,anyone have any experience with any for apnea,and snoring and im a open mouth breather?

My boyfriend snores every might and it drives me crazy.I cant sleep so i sleept in a seperate bedroom. He has tried the nose strips before…rolling him on his side doesnt help….nothing seems to work! Need some serious suggestions!

II always wake up with pain in my throat because of my snoring. Besides of AFRIN I am also using the Breath Rite strips and they help too. It looks like I am already addicted to the AFRIN, but I know is not recommend as a long term solution, but if I do not use it my nose is always dry and my nostrils blocked ( dry congestion)
