13 yr old male Tabby housecat. End of May he sneezed – then his nasal passages got congested. He had a “crackling” sound when breathing and loud snorting/snoring noise. Vet put him on Amoxi drops – continued treatment until July. He had a senior wellness exam and geriatric panel run. Never ran fever and the blood panel results were very good for a cat his age He began having nasal mucus discharge from his nostrils and as he could not smell, his appetite greatly decreased. Vet prescribed Cyproheptadine (antihistamine) Amoxi drops had no good results, no appetite, mucus draining and clogging nostrals. Put him on Cefa drops- caused diarrhea.. Has anyone had similar problem?
What is diagnosis, is it curable or is this a chronic sinus condition in cats? I constantly clean the mucus from his nose with wet warm cloth to clear air passages so he can breathe and maybe smell enough to eat some food. Thank you for any response.

My 3 year old is tired all day and snores at night. I am going to take her to an ENT to discuss having her tonsils out. Has anyone’s child had this done to improve sleep apnea and have you noticed a difference? Thank you.

I know someone who passes out easy and snores in 2 seconds and wakes up in the same 2 seconds and doesn’t realize they were snoring. Is high blood pressure the cause or what else could it be? This same person also tends to breath deep when they are really sound asleep.

is this what causes snoring or sleep apnea? is surgery only option and what does the surgery actually do, remove something?

My dog sleeps with me and she snores. I try to nudge her, but she doesn’t seem to understand.
