We’ve tried sprays, pills, strips. If we’re sleeping in the same room (I kick him out sometimes) I’m awake every few hours telling him to get off his back or to stop snoring in my ear.
Any one have any other ides or products that work?

. It is a little bit price-y but hey if you know of someone who can’t sleep and you they have that sleep apnea and are at risk for even death then the price should be covered by insurance I think. Any one know if it is covered by insurance? What do you think of the new device to stop snoring? Sounds like a good idea to me, if anyone has gets more information please tell me. Thanks

oh sorry that was not my intend to spam……i was just thinking if it could help someone it would be nice.. That is all.
Oh gosh thanks so much for making me laugh today. It is funny don’t you think? I like the one that said she was afraid she might actually kill him… and where it says they both snore and even the ones where they say sleeping in another room is cheaper. Oh I just pictured all of us talking about it and laughing our socks off. To hilarious

Has anyone used a mouth guard as a solution for snoring and did it work? I would like to get an idea of the "chance for success." before begging my husband to get one. I am tired of sleeping in another room. He won’t do the cpap so please don’t suggest it. And he’s tried the nose tape and the elastic around the chin thing. (no success).
Let me know if you’ve tried the mouth guard and if it works! thanks very much .

My nose is always plugged up. I don’t remember the last time I could breath through both nostrils at the same time, one nostril is always partially clogged… I think I may have a deviated septum, but does that only affect one nostril? I don’t know much about it really.
I also have been told that I snore quite loudly, and sometimes wake myself, though I’ve never consciously awoken. However, even when I get 8 hours of sleep I still often feel unrested. To me that sounds like sleep apnea
My question is,
Is this a common issue? Do I maybe have an allergy to something that is around me all the time? Do you think I should have a sleep disorder evaluation?
