Strange i know, i love my significant other but for several reasons i cant stand sleeping in the same room as them. 1) they snore like crazy and 2) i just cant get comfortable laying near them.

Do you know of any relationships that have lasted with this type of set up? Cause i can honestly be content the rest of my life sleeping in bed alone while still having a spouse. PS for the snoring we tried, nose plugs, strips, meds, spray nearly everything except surgery.

How to stop snoring? Please help?

I’m a mild snorer and it sucks. What can I do to ensure I won’t snore at all?

I think my daughter is congested, any remedies?

Her breathing is much louder. And shes sleeping right now and it sounds like shes snoring.
Shes 7 weeks.
Well, I just turned the humidifier on. If that doesn’t do the trick maybe I’ll look into the saline spray.

I think my father has sleep apnea. When he sleeps, he snores so loudly that I swear he wakes himself every 15 minutes or so. Sometimes the snoring stops abruptly and I feel like he’s not breathing or choking or something. What really bothers me is that he is ALWAYS tired. As soon as he comes home from work (3, 4pm) he’s on the couch snoring away. He gets up to eat, then goes back to snoring on the couch. Then around 10 or 11pm he’ll wake up and say "Jeez! It’s late! I gotta go to bed!" and I just laugh at him because he’s been asleep on and off since he got home from work. This happens on a daily basis. Bring him to a movie theatre? Automatically asleep.

Does this sound normal at all? He swears up and down that all his friends at work say they’re the same way, but that has to be bullshit. To make matters worse, every time I say, "Dad, I don’t think your sleeping patterns are normal. Maybe you should ask a doctor." he gets offended and/or changes the subject.

Feedback? Thanks.

He is always sad when he wakes up and I’m not there, so I want to get back to bed and not sleep on the couch again, what do I do?

Is it possible to snore only sometimes?

A few days ago, on a camping trip, two females (in their 20s) insisted I snored — and loudly. This past night I used an iphone app to record my so-called snoring and I could play-back particular snores.

How many snores did I get? Zero.

Either they lied, or I snore on occasion. In that case, what could be causing it when I do?

My mom and dad sleep in the room right next to mine. Every single night they sound like 2 bears fighting. LOL. Seriously, they snore LOUD. It is so loud that my wall literally vibrates. I can’t sleep at all because of how loud they are.

I have tried moving my bed to the farthest corner of my room. I have tried blaring music on my ipod. I have tried shutting my door. I have tried earplugs. I have tried a white noise machine. Every night (no matter how cold my room is) I have a little old floor fan blowing on me to give me a soft wooshing sound instead of the snoring! I can’t take it anymore! No matter where I try to sleep in my house I can still hear them! They won’t even do anything to try to find a solution. Nose strips don’t work, and my dad firmly believes he doesn’t snore. FML!!

Anyone have any ideas on how I can stop the freaking snoring sounds from disrupting my sleep? I just need to sleep! I also worry about their health! Ty!

I move into my college dorm. buuut i’ve been told by my parents and all my close friends that I snore ridiculously loud! I was going to buy one of those mouthpieces and see if it helped buut move in is in less than a week, and it will take longer than that to order it and get it in the mail. Is there anything else I can do, just to quiet down the snoring for a little while until I can get the mouthpiece. I don’t wanna piss my roommate off before i even get to know her!

why do some dogs snore?

my springer spaniel always snores when he’s in a deep sleep. he’s not overweight but he is getting on in years, he’s 11 years old now but still a very active fella. what causes dogs to snore? most humans snore because of adenoid problems or because they are overweight and this causes breathing trouble during sleep. but i don’t think dogs have adenoids (or do they, hmm?) and he’s not fat… so what causes his snoring. i mean the house shakes when he starts, LOL.
