Is there any way to stop someone from snoring?

I have a snoring problem. I’m not overweight so that isn’t the problem. Is there a way to stop this annoying problem. Of course it’s not annoying to me but when my man has to wear ear plugs to sleep there is a problem. He snores too but I’m trying to stop myself.

SLeep on your side or stomach. You can also try those nose air strips if you must sleep on your back. Otherwise there is a surgery that can "help" the snoring as well.
