How to cure a snoring problem?

It’s hard falling asleep to someone you like when you CANNOT sleep! The person has already been to a sleeping clinic, and even tries to sleep on his sides (which helps you stop snoring)… is there anything else you can do to help it tone down or just stop altogether? It’s driving me crazy, and it’s really really loud and sounds like their spazing out sometimes.

My mother snores very loud too, and we can hear her snores from across the house. I told her to read some free info’s online on how to stop snoring and she starts practicing it, like, sleep and wake up at fix time everyday, it helps a little. Maybe you can try get him read free tips u can find online, see if some could help him at least reduce snoring.
Maybe try go to http://stopsnoringcure.info for a start. Good luck.
The solution for my partner’s snoring is a Stop Snore Ring
All those nights when I couldn’t sleep for her horrendous snoring are history
It’s the acupressure ring worn on the little finger which may sound a strange solution but check out the website there are hundreds of customer testimonials
I can understand your situation as my wife faces the same problem with me snoring.
Sounds like he’s got Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Did the Sleep Clinic diagnose that?
Anyway, you might wanna try a combo of Nasal Spray (I use Rhinocort but you wanna check with your doctor first) and Breathe Right Nasal Strip. That helps my snoring. Remember to use the nasal spray about 1 hour before sleeping so that all the excess fluids have dried up then go to sleep. Otherwise those excess fluids may cause some blockage when sleeping.
Hope that helps.
You should try Slumber Guard – at least it comes with a guarantee
