just kidding. Try the breathe right nasal strips
Have him see his doctor. There are a few solutions out there, including surgery.
Have him check out this site: http://www.snoringsolutions.org/
When my boyfriend snores I elbow him.
it could be a deviated septum. it’s easily fixed; it’s my dad’s problem.
when i lived at home i used to sleep in the bedroom next to my parents… it was so loud it would wake me up and i’d sleep on the sofa. if we watch a movie together and he falls asleep it drowns out the movie. my mum took to putting a hairbrush beside him while he slept so if he tried to roll over onto his back it would wake him up so he couldn’t snore.
take your husband to the doctor, or else scream "snore alert!" every time he does it.
by refusing to get it fixed, he is driving you away from him.
We go to bed together but then sometimes he wakes up in the spare bedroom due to my snoring… I snore mostly when I’m exhausted.
A lot of people have this problem and try sleeping in different rooms. Unfortunately, as you are probably realizing, this can be hard on your relationship.
Read the information http://www.thecuretosnoring.com/
You can learn about different causes of snoring, and then figure out how to cure it from there.
I used to snore a lot too and tried the cpap machine, breathe rite, all that stuff and had no success but I came a across a mandibular device that moves the jaw slightly forward and I haven’t snored since. I can’t remember the site I bought it from but I found one similar to it for you at http://www.UniVarious.com
Hi there
I had the same problem and it nearly ruined my relationship. The threat of that made me get it sorted before that happened. Happily i did sort it out.
The main cause is a block in your airways – when your airways are blocked, the air has trouble getting into your lungs… and as it passes the narrow tissue, it starts "flapping" back and forth, like a flag in the wind, which causes the loud snoring sound.
However snoring has a few causes and what may be causing one person’s snoring is not the cause of anothers. For example, smoking and heavy alcohol intake can cause snoring. Drinking a lot then falling asleep, certain muscles in the throat are over relaxed and you get the snoring effect.
There are natural methods that can sort out all the causes by using exercises based around the throat mouth and jaw. I did it myself so if want to check out the info on the website in the source below. The good news is that you can sort it out if you do the work necessary.
