Is there any technique or trick to stop snoring using strips..?

Nasal strips that attach like an adhesive bandage to the bridge of the nose are available at most drugstores, and can help stop snoring in some individuals by opening the nasal passages.
you just put it on your nose, the strips it just tape that pulls the nose open so the thing doesnt happen that causes snoring in the nasal passage
They don’t work for everyone. They just lift up on your nasal passages, allowing for more room for the air to flow, because these constrict while you sleep. Apparently, when those don’t work, and you don’t want to have surgery, have your partner wear the wax earplugs. I hear they are comfortable and do the trick!
