How can I stop snoring?

My friend and neighbors have told me so many times about the way I snore, they told me my snore is too noise….I’ve no idea about what I can do to stop it.

Don’t drink any milk, eat any ice cream, or eat any yogurt anytime after lunch.

Trust me.. my dad snores like a wild animal too.. but he uses this sleep Apnea (sp?) machine that you put over your mouth at night & you dont hear any snoring at all because your lungs can breathe or whatever.. i reccomend it because it’s so much more peaceful !
Boy – you get working on that. You can die of it – really. While you’re snoring, you’re not breathing. Get an night-oxygen test – they’re cheap. The oxygen place will give you a little thing to put on your finger at night, and it will record your oxygen levels during the night.
Lack of oxygen will tear your heart apart. You end up with CHF – congestive heart failure – a somewhat unpleasant eventuality.
