How can I stop snoring?

Anyone got any ideas how I might be able to stop snoring? I would really like some help. I really don’t want to use anything that moves my jaw because I had braces for two years, but any kind of drug might be fine. By the way, I sleep on my stomach and not my back if that changes anything.

first you have to find out what kind of snoring you are doing, believe it or not there are a few kinds.
nose/nostril snoring. this is when your breathing and your nostrils are flapping and causing the vibrations. this can be a simple solution, can be expensive and annoying (to begin with).
go to a pharmacy/chemists and get some nasal strips, there like rigid plastic strips that have a glue on each side, you stick them over your nostrils and they pull the nostrils open so they don’t flap together.
they look like this:

Throat snoring.
this is where the the flap at the back of your throat (where that little thing hangs down) becomes fatty or loose, and blocks your airway so vibrates. there are 2 solutions to this that i can think of or have heard of.
solution 1, this is the easiest, sleep on your side, this will help prevent the flap falling and blocking the airway.
solution 2, surgery, removal of the flap surgically will stop the snoring completely.
i’m not an expert so have told you the solutions i know, might be a really good idea to talk to your doctor about if there are any other solutions to your problem.
Hm usually laying on your stomach makes the snoring stop. Are you overweight? You may need to lose weight to stop it if you are. If not then i cant really think of another way. If im not mistaken i think there is a spray you can use. That might help. Good luck
Get you tonsils and adenoids taken out.
just lie sideways and don’t take any depressants such as alcohol. Snoring means your at risk for sleep apnea, which means you may die in your sleep with the combination of fatigue, stress, alcohol and obesity.
