i am a teenager, female and i have been told that i tend to snore when i sleep. Although my snoring isn’t loud i would like some tips that would help me to stop. i sleep on my side at night, i am a bit below average weight for my age, i have good eating habits, and i exercise very often. im not sure what else i can do to prevent my snoring, tips?
