How can I let people know about my snoring/relationship ebook?

I have just written an ebook about how snoring destroys relationships and now need to get people to visit my website http://snoring.lotsforall.com
What are the top tips for getting awareness and traffic to my website? Only serious and helpful comments please.

No matter how you look at it you need BACKLINKS (LINKS BACK TO YOUR WEBSITE).
There are several ways to getting backlinks though..
First there is PPC. Don’t do this.. you’ll lose money if you are a beginner.
You can also trade links with other webmasters that are in a related niche.
But, the best way to create backlinks is by writing and submitting content to article directories/Web 2.0 properties.
> You write the article (200 – 500 words)
> SEO (search engine optimize) the article for the "targeted keyword"
> create a property at a Web 2.0 platform (platforms are listed at the link below)
> Add backlinks (links to your site) into the article that’s located at the Web 2.0 property.
Set up a website about snoring or relationships and put a lot of information on the site about the topic. Then have a pop-up banner that pops up selling the e-book when they go to leave.
There are also relationship forums you can join and participate in with the hopes of meeting people and selling them your e-book.
And you can also target a particular group of people on facebook and show ads to them for the book.
And don’t forget about SEO and PPC.
Participate in forums that is in line with your subject. Resources are available on the internet.
The easiest and best way to promote your eBook from your website is to create a popup form for people to download your eBook and give you email id. With this you can start building email list for marketing your website. You can use either aweber or getresponse to do this. Once you setup email optin form with free eBook download, build a squeeze page. Further, participate in free giveaway JVs to build your optin list.
To build organic traffic, build back links from various sources such as forums, commenting in niche blog sites etc. Nevertheless, building traffic needs consistent effort and time.
