How can I help my husband stop snoring?

I am so tired of being woken up every hour or so to my husband snoring in my ear or my face. He says it’s because he has a cold, but he snores much more often than he doesn’t. He snores regardless of what position he lies in (on his side, back, stomach).
He’s 24, a little overweight but not obese, and doesn’t drink or take any medications.
Any suggestions?

Take out the "over" from overweight. Snoring is a warning sign of air obstruction. You may not be the only one lacking sleep. He may gasp for air in between snores and may not know it. He may be suffering from lack of oxygen already and would not have rested well after hours of snoring. Hypoxia or lack of oxygen may manifest in different ways – headache could be one example.
Consult an ENT.
Second, when he is lying supine (or lying on his back), put most of the bulk of the pillow under his neck area making his head tilt back a litte (like it seems that he is trying to look at the headboard).
my dad do the same thing but my dad got ashma or something stuck up his nose you better take him to the doctor or something
punch him really hard when he snores, he’ll get too afraid to fall asleep
Breathe Right strips help my husband to breathe easier when he’s sleeping.
I usually hit my husband in the stomach. It stops or about 2 minutes.
