My husband is 25 yrs old and we have 3 amazing kids. He works over 80 hrs a week to support us so we can live nice. When he comes home from a hard days work he takes a shower, plays with the kids, eats, and goes to sleep and within one minute of laying down he starts snoring(and it is loud).. I have tried a couple of things from the store but nothing has worked….I don’t get sleep because it is so bad…Please help!
He is not over weight.
tried breath right strips. It has only started to occure within the past few months.. Maybe he is just working to much and doesn’t have time to get a lot of sleep?

at a family thing, work, airplane, etc. were you embarrassed? its ok if u were but just know that its completely normal and u can’t help it. i know my girl has…..

My brother just moved into the room next to me and is snoring so loud! I even put on my tv to drain the noise and it won’t work. He’s snoring so loud….and I want to go to bed. It’s 2:30……please can someone help? I have a final at 10:30….

I get a yucky coated tounge in the morning sometimes due to sinus probs ..sometimes there can be stale blood too (been like this occasionally for a few years)
I think it could be what I eat sometimes,especially dairy.
I am snoring too although in the winter months I can breathe through my nose but in summer I find it harder unless I take some medicine!

what causes this and best thing to take for it

and very seriously, all you nice pet-loving folks in Yahoo Land — snoring can be a sign of sleep apnea – I have it, have been trying a CPAP – as for Doggie — 10-yr.-old Husky [geez I don’t expect to put CPAP/mask on her!]
– recently noticed snoring more pronounced; I know apnea can affect health & longevity – is this a symptom of serious problem? Both Doggie and I thank you for opinions!

well people have told me you only snore if you are overweight….well….i dont think ALL big people snore but i know everyone in my family who is large snores…and even my overweight kitty snores (cutest thing EVER haha) so is snoreing caused by being overweight?

what about thinner people? my mom snores like a bear haha. and shes in great shape…and my boyfriend snores a lot also and hes normal sized…but me, i have a deviated septum and sinusitis and NEVER snore (but i do talk in my sleep hahaha). what are some causes for snoreing? i tried everything to stop my bf from snoreing (nose spray, changing positions in sleeping, etc)
