My bf snores a lot and hard! I tried earplugs but they hurt my ears after a couple of hours, he told me to go look for earplugs that are tailormade for my ears cus he wants me to sleep in the same bed … I feel frustrated cus I need my sleep and he seems to put the responsability for fixing this situation on me… any advice?

I, my family and neighbors are having problems to sleep because of my snoring. I can’t move to the mountains, so please somebody help me.

i have a snoring issue- read about Somnoplasty, a minimally invasive procedure that a friend had done in the office- my doc says is doesnt work, and a couple of my friends could have but didnt use either-seems a reasonable option to what could be more surgery- just curious if any other Dr.s have opinions, or others like me could have done it but decided not to-just looking for opinions.

Besides ginger, what other dietary supplements or change in life style might help reduce snoring? I snore once in a while but I would like to understand what could be causing it and what safe remedy can be used to cope with this somewhat health issue?
