remedies to cure snoring?

Please help my husband is keeping us all awake. None of the nose strips or gargles work. Short of smothering him I dont know what else to try. Any help out there.

I didn’t see her last night. The vibes from our conversation and texts were bad. I knew it would be an evening of subtle put downs, guilt trips, and unpredictable mood shifts. I can’t take hearing the "You always…", "If you…", or "You (whatever)…". There was even an element of fear involved. The thought of seeing her was causing a sense of dread.

Part of the dread came from feeling like a fool/sucker for agreeing to see her again after the garbage that she’s pulled. Worshipping me one minute, tearing me down the next. Grandiose behavior, followed by feelings of worthlessness. Constant accusations of screwing other women (like, where would I even find the time, with her constantly checking in?). Always telling me that she knows I’m going to dump her, even though it wasn’t on my mind at all. Nothing being good enough, finding a fault somewhere. Telling me that all of the women I knew before her were trash, and that I will never find anyone that loves me as much as she does. Laughing at my ideas of writing a book or starting a business, saying that they are pipe dreams. Walking in front of me and cutting me off. Last minute changes of plans. Silent treatments. Not wanting to make plans. Constantly being late. "Accidentally" kicking me in the groin, on a number of occasions, when getting comfortable on different ends of the sofa. Pushing me and getting overly physical when I’m trying to relax, gripping my thumbs, where I have to exert real power to subdue her while avoiding a torn tendon. The giant red flag came a few weeks ago, in bed. I was half asleep, I guess I was snoring, and I heard her say "Stop snoring". A few seconds passed and then I woke to a hard jab into my ribcage. It left a welt. I was so angry that I yelled at her never to do that again. She said she was asleep and didn’t know she did it. I cancelled the plans for the following day and sent her out. Oh, and that was supposed to be a romantic evening. Except we watched a movie called "Damage", where a guy had a torrid affair with his son’s fiance. It was an intriguing film, fantastically acted, with a tragic ending. As the film rolled along, I was hearing comments like "I hope you’re learning something from this" and "All guys are the same". By the time the movie ended, she was as frigid as a stone and angry at me. Needless to say, nothing went down in bed (until I was jabbed awake).

To me, that is not a relationship. It wasn’t like that in the beginning. It builds over time, with the good times becoming less frequent, and the bad ones beginning to dominate. The result is, the relationship is an ongoing argument, with ones very survival (as a person) is at stake. It’s more like a hostage situation than a relationship.

I need some good remedies for bad snoring.?

Any SOLUTIONS/CURE for "VERY LOUD" snoring?

to those who had actually experienced snoring so loud or has been with a loud snorer… and had successfully minimized or perhaps even stopped it…do you know any remedy/cure:ie:medications… what did you do?
Or to anybody who knows…?
(this person i’m refering to is not obese, therefore apnea may be removed from the causes… medium built and has a quite busy lifestyle. Not so busy though..)

My Hubby snores really bad during his sleep. It keeps the house up of a night some nights. Does anyone have any home remedies that may help him. I worry that he may be hurting himself internally at times. Any ideas????

Can sleep deprivation ruin a relationship?

My fiancee SNORS LOUDLY. He has a deviated septum and has this terrible habit of putting his tongue to the roof of his mouth minimizing the already restricted amount of airflow. He is so loud that with the door closed I can hear him from the other side of our house,I’m not even kidding. I was always a very light sleeper but have gotten more sensitive to noise once I became a mother. He always snored but in the last 3 years it has gotten so bad that I mostly refuse to sleep in our bedroom now.

I am tired of waking up EVERY single night and moving to the guest bedroom. This daily interruption of sleep has really taken a toll of me physically and emotionally. I am a full time stay at home mom/part time student so I am up early with my toddler and am busy with the household and my academic responsibilities. Sleep is crucial to my daily functioning and losing sleep every night is really affecting me in a negative way. I am at my wits end with this and do not know what to do! I already spoke to him and we have tried over the counter treatments (nose strips etc) so I suggested the operation to lessen the snoring and he refuses to do it saying I should wear ear plugs. The problem is that I can still hear him through the earplugs and I need to be able to clearly hear the baby monitor for our daughter. We are engaged to be married but if this continues, I truly believe sleep deprivation will ruin our marriage. Anyone had this issue with their spouse? Suggestions? Please only serious answers.
Sathya..we tried me going to bed earlier but he is so loud and I am such a light sleeper that he wakes me up out of a sound sleep with his snoring in the middle of the night.
I know he needs to see a doctor but he outright refuses to.

Can snoring trigger a bark collar?

I have an 18 month old bullmastiff x (big, beautiful and dopey) who has taken to barking at night and will not stop (mostly at possums and feral cats that owners are too lazy to bring in) I am in a rental property so I can’t let her sleep inside (even in the garage) she has a nice kennel and has dinner just before bed, so it’s not that she’s hungry or uncomfortable. I am only here for another 6 months, so this is only a temporary solution I am looking for!!

I want to get a vibrating collar, as I think these are the least cruel, and am worried that her snoring (VERY LOUD) will cause it to go off and stop her from sleeping. I love my dog and want to do the right thing by her (and my neighbors)
Please note, I specifically said

"I want to get a vibrating collar, as I think these are the least cruel"

As she is a BIIIG dog, she is a very loud snorer.. not a health issue, just a big personality and loud noises to match.

I have no objection to putting a collar on my neck that vibrates, and barking like a dog to trigger it…

do anyone know a good way to decrease snoring,?

my bf get made when i snore, i have tried nasal strips, and they dont work at all, what is a good product to use. or remedy

how to sort out my horrendous snoring?

hi i snore massively, its paramount to a ten ton truck smashing into some kind of ornamental glass shop over and over.

Well maybe not quite that loud. My issue is recently ive started noticing it, so everytime i get to the point where i start snoring i wake up. I tried hypnosis it works for that, but ive a sneakin suspicion i have sleep apnea. ive tried strips and spray they are effective to an extent. But no long term solution, the older i get the worse it gets, eventually id like to meet and settle with a nice lady, is there hope or will i have to find someone who snores as loud as I?
thank you for your responces, i think my snoring is caused by the shape of my skull. my upper jaw is too far back and i think that was caused by too much mouth breathing when i was a kid, to fix this i would have to werar a brace for two years and have major surgery to have it brought forward, thus altering my handsome face and costing me possibly thousands of pounds i really dont have, so id rather not do that. Im not over wieght and am in good health, apart from a slight lethargy during the day and general dopeyness, which is why i think i may have apnea. in my mind i just want to somehow feed two metal tubes through my nose to the back of my mouth to keep everything nice an open. Or maybe ill just use a car jack.

The nose strips don’t work.
To get him to stop snoring.
