How can I stop snoring for the rest of my life. Or even if I go to a friends house for the night. How can I temporarily stop it for just that night? Breatheright strips fall off during me sleeping. So please don’t suggest those. Thanks.

im going to this school thing this friday For acting And we Have to Spend two nights There and share a hotel room with someone I snore and well lets face it no one wants to be the snorer in the group its humiliating

…without spending money. Or at least not a lot. We are poor and can’t afford a CPAP machine. Heck, we can’t even afford a decent couch…otherwise, I’d just sleep there.
