I’m not pregnant or anything, but i would like to stop snoring. And its only a light snore so i don’t really know why i’m worried. But I don’t like sleeping on my back much. So do you know anyway I can learn to sleep on my side? I really want to sleep on my side. Any suggestions would be nice! Thank you. =)

Does anyone know how I can stop snoring? I’m a younger single guy and I would really like to stop snoring! I’ve been snoring for years now and it gets in the way of my personal life… I get embarrassed to have women sleep over because I’m afraid the snoring will keep them up all night. I try to sleep on my side but it doesn’t seem to help, I just can’t seem to stop snoring. It’s also very loud and I’ve been told I stop breathing sometimes. In college I even had to have a single dorm room because no roommate would put up with my loud snoring…

aaahhhh its so annoying he keeps me awake all night and he snores really loudly !!

i always wake him up and with in 2 secs he back asleep snoring again

for about a month now i have been blocked up.. Its not even bad, just at night i snore loud.
what are some cures?

im a female and im 15
and i snore like a BEAST
and i can’t stop it im forced to sleep in my living room every night because i snore too loud and can’t share a room

how can i stop this?!?!
