some tips please. i snore a lot. how can i reduce it

ok my "significant other" is really driving me nuts!!!! first off i ha vent slept in 2 days and secondly he wont let me sleep some where else or will he sleep somewhere else CUX he says that’s not how couples sleep and if i bump him or wake him up he gets fn bitchy i seriously thought about killing him one point while i was in a "i really need fn sleep-zombie state" CUX he is being fn ridiculous about the whole thing and wont get looked at cuz he says everyone snores and i tell him that it could be a health issue then he goes on about how i make fun of him cuz he is "unhealthy" just cuz i live a tad more healthful lifestyle then him and guilt trips me about that i mean im seriously considering leaving him cuz we have a child and i cant take care of him along with the house hold with out sleep even when the lil one naps i cant sleep cuz i have things do (plus he only really naps for a half hour at a time) im about to go nuts!!! cuz he is currently napping and snoring loud as ever cuz HE is tired from playing so g-d video game

My fiance and I are getting married in less than two months. He snores like crazy, deep and loud and it wakes me up and keeps me up all night. I’ve tried everything I know to do– nasal sprays, breathe right strips, adjusting him and rolling him over with no results. He’s a DEEP sleeper and I’m a light sleeper so I’m the only one that can hear the alarms in the morning. Unfortunately, this also means that his snoring keeps me up and I can’t wear earplugs or we’ll both oversleep. Insurance is on a high deductible plan, so we’d have to pay out of pocket for any kind of procedures, which is out of the question right now. I’m lost and at the end of my rope. Help?

My dad began to snore four years ago and now it’s getting ridiculous. I can hear him and I have my parent’s bedroom door closed AND mine. I’ve been resorted to banging the walls and yelling at him to stop, which makes my mother very unhappy (not the point…). My mom’s been sleeping in the basement and guess what? Sometimes she still hears him. He’s a nightmare to be in a hotel room at night because your not going to get any sleep and the next morning, you’ll be very very cranky believe me. I’m a very light sleeper so can you imagine? What can we do to make him stop, I’ve reached my limit and the Breathe Right didn’t work?

Why can’t I think of any good questions to ask on Mens Health tonite? Maybe cause I’m tired?
I didn’t sleep good last nite. My bro’s back from college just for the weekend and he snored a lot. What can he do to keep him from snoring again tonite? If he’s been drinking with friends (but not really really drunk) like last nite, what can I do? More pillows? Poke him? Make him roll over? What?
Maybe I should drink to make me sleep better. idk

yea he’s a football player, pretty big and heavy. He works out, runs, goes to gym. I’ll nudge and see if that works. I’m gonna be climbing up and down from top bunk all nite.
pillow over face! Good idea, why didn’t I think of that? Nose sttrips would be good but we don’t got any here. And i’s almost 11 so I cant go out.

I’m a mild snorer and it sucks. What can I do to ensure I won’t snore at all?

I move into my college dorm. buuut i’ve been told by my parents and all my close friends that I snore ridiculously loud! I was going to buy one of those mouthpieces and see if it helped buut move in is in less than a week, and it will take longer than that to order it and get it in the mail. Is there anything else I can do, just to quiet down the snoring for a little while until I can get the mouthpiece. I don’t wanna piss my roommate off before i even get to know her!

I love my boyfriend very much. He and I have been together for about 3 months and have just started spending the night together. Unfortunately, I’m a light sleeper and he snores to wake the dead. Most nights he stays over, I end up sleeping on the couch. I have bought him a stiffer pillow to prop his head and he has agreed to use breathe right strips. However, last night I still found myself on the couch b/c he was still lightly snoring with the strip on. I would try earplugs but I’m a law student and I’m afraid I won’t hear my alarm in the morning.

I am DESPERATE for anything that can help us. I really am scared that the snoring will prevent us from having a long term relationship if we can’t sleep in the same bed.

I snore loudly. I think I got it from my dad. If it’s even hereditary. I don’t know.

It never bothered me so much until now… when I have a serious boyfriend that I frequently spend evenings with.

Anyway, I’ve tried all the over-the-counter stuff, like breath right strips and throat spray. Nothing helps at all. I am VERY self conscious about it, because it sometimes even wakes him up after he’s asleep. Any suggestions as to how I can stop? Or atleast tone it down a bit…. anything would help

i am 14 and i snore so badly and i am going on vacaion with my friend and her family and i dont want to snore while shareing a room with her and her two brothers and surgry is not an option i need help !
