My girlfriend is a proffesional mime and her hands moving around keep me awake at night.

My husband snores very loudly, here lately its at the point where I can’t sleep unless I fall asleep be4 him which is not possible becuz he falls asleep in like 2 seconds. Even sometimes he snores so loud it wakes me up all the thru the night. Usely I could just tell him to turn over on his side and it wouldn’t be as loud but that’s not working either now. I’m at my wits end, I have a lil one to take care of and I’m barely getting 3 hrs asleep a night. Neither of us can sleep on the couch becuz it gives u really bad back and neck aches. He’s tried the breathe right strips and they aren’t helping either. Does ne1 know what else 2 try or what he should do so he doesn’t snore and i can sleeepppp?!?!?!?!?
To answer the 1st person’s question. No my husband is definitely NOT overweight. He runs PT every morning becuz he’s in the military and he works out at the gym at least 4 days a week. So he’s not overweight. And since he works morning shift and is gone all day I am home with our child and if I can’t sleep during the day obviously I need 2 rest at night like any other person.

i hate the fact that i snore i just dont know how to stop it.. i sleep on my stomach , if that helps at all.. & ive heard of nasal strips.. but would i have to wear them everynight for the rest of my life or what ?

is there a way to stop snoring as i seem to be getting worse

are there any effective ways to stop snoring? I prefer not seeing a doctor or even taking some pills…

He’s passed out and he’s keeping me awake

The snoring is so loud and unbearable that i cant stand to be around my dad when he sleeps he has a machine that stops the snoring but he refuses to use it because hes too lazy and wont get his ass up to put it on.
I dont sleep with my dad i sleep across the hallway from him which is 5 doors down and it still is very loud. i dont know how my mom can deal with it.

any ideas… he sounds like a coffee pot
