Are there any home remedies for snoring ? I have this problem with snoring so loud I wake my self up at night?

and the nasal strips dont work and I havent found a spray that works that well either.

Have you seen a doctor about this? It sounds like you could have sleep apnea. Take a look at this website and see if it sounds like what you are experiencing.
Well you have already tried what I was going to suggest. How about some air blowing on your face while you sleep? Or perhaps your snoring is signaling something else is wrong with you. If you do not want to go to a ear, nose, and throat specialist for your snoring them simply inform your primary care doctor that you are not able to sleep at night. The doctor may give you some medication, such as Ambien.
