I realized that my uvula is touching my tongue, I wanted to know if this is normal. When I open my mouth and say Ahhh… it curls somewhat facing the entrance to my mouth. In words I feel my uvula is a bit long and wanted to know if this is normal. I am not overweight, I maintain a healthy diet, I work out, and have no sleeping disorders (snoring) or breathing disorders.

Omg; me & my stepsis share a same room; we sleep on separate beds. I’m 5′4/105lbs(8th grade) ; my sis: 4′5/121lbs (she’s 1 yr older than me). She ALWAYS SNORE! And it REALLY BOTHER me:’( I don’t want to do mean things to her; like throw things at her when she snores…….I’m a light sleeper which mean; I wake up VERY easily-.- . My house has only 2 rooms; one for my parents;& one for us…….I’m almost in highschool so I need alot of energy to study….but……I can’t sleep at night…….:’( my parents keep saying that my sis snores cuz she works "hard" at school so she’s tired everyday……….she works SOO hard at school and yet shes still a straight Ds student……..-.- anyway; HOW DO I STOP THIS CHICK FROM SNORING?! she even snores louder than my dad !0.0" &no matter what I do; SHE NVR WAKE UP!!(I purposely dropped a book once just to make her stop snoring; but she snored even louder!). Once she snored so loud that my parents had to go to our room to see what was going on;& I told them my sis was the one making all that noise; & and they told me to stop being mean to her & they freakin yelled at me!!!!!! (I was just tellin the truth!-____-….azn parents are so……..). There was another time; that my sis was snoring so loud and she woke herself up& she said I was the one snoring!!!!>’< I really need your guys helpp!!!!!!! Thanks<333

I have a 9 year old Bichon Frise and I have noticed that sometimes when he is sleeping that his paws and stomach will start to twitch. He also breathes very heavily, it almost sounds like he is snoring or panting in his sleep. He did have lyme disease but we treated him for it.Could the lyme be coming back? .I also noticed that it is harder to wake him up when he is twitching like this. could they be nightmares or something like that? What could be causing these odd twitches?

I don’t have any symptoms other than i wake up exhausted,
like I didn’t sleep. It doesnt happen every day, esp if I get
9 or more hours of sleep I feel okay. But If I get less than
8 – 8 1/2 i feel like I am going to die!!
I don’t snore, never have, and im thin (BMI of 19.4)
Wondering If i could have Obstructive Sleep Apnea
anyways? If so is it uncommon?
I have also considered Adrenal burnout.
How much does it cost to have a sleep study done?
(uninsured)
Thanks
My husband or daughter have never said I have snored when I asked. They said the most I ever do is breathe heavy, but never snore.
