how do i get my spouse to stop snoring?

to stop snoring

This summer I’m going to a convention with a bunch of people from my school. I believe it’s 16 people (mostly girls) divided among 6 rooms and we’re staying for 3 nights. I’m really worried about this because I don’t want to affect other people’s sleeping and I’ve been told my whole like that I’m a horrible snorer

I often sleep over at my FWB’s house and we have to be up at 3am so he can get ready to go to work and drop me off at home. The problem is not that he snores (I don’t mind that at all) it’s that he has sleep apnea. Every time he stops breathing it jolts me awake, I give him a shove and he starts breathing again. Needless to say, I’m not getting much sleep! I like sleeping over, I’m just wondering if there are any "home" remedies for this? I’ve tried encouraging him to see a doctor and he always says he will, but doesn’t. This can’t be good for his health…so, any ideas?
FWB= Friend with benefits…I have no say in making him an appointment.
Mother’s Milk…I’m used to M&D…I’m in here taunting on a regular basis myself…lol
Answer Dude, you know, with 3 men in my past dead now, you’d think I’d be in a will at some point…..hasn’t happened yet

It’s rainging, its pouring,
the old man is snoring,
he went to bed
and he bumped his head
and he couldn’t get up in the morning.

Is this another one of those ways of trying to find words to rhyme? Or just another thing to keep kids busy with?
