He snores, stops breathing, and then starts breathing a few seconds later after choking. It is really loud and he doesn’t get a good night sleep because of it. It’s awful trying to sleep anywhere near him because it is so loud. Any advice on OTC or natural options? What works the best? He will hopefully visit a doctor soon to take care of it, but we’re both in college right now and he doesn’t have a lot of spare time to find a doctor and get an appointment.

My 2 year old has always snored but it keeps getting louder. She has also never been a great sleeper, but we can usually attribute it to something – teething, a cold, something. Lately she has been getting up 3 – 4 times a night for no reason I can see. Can snoring make her do this?

I just posted a group for having trouble sleeping but i forgot to mention that one of my problems is i get the worse dry mouth when i wake up no matter how much water or gum i drink or chew before bed. The problem may be due to snoring. Does anyone know a pill or root that may help me salivate or relief dry mouth over night.

well my mother is ALWAYS tired and energy drinks arent a total cure, lshe can honestly go to sleep at 11am and not wake up till 9 that night.. and still wake up and have a good sleep. its very strange. and i notice that she snores horribly loud! please dont make fun, i would love to help her. she knows she snores and was wondering if maybe the snoring makes her even more tired! any solutions?
