I need them to leave because I have to go out and get a job so I can feed my kid AND my pets.

Has anyone used or know of anyone that has used this oral device to stop snoring. It has to be done by a dentist cause they need to take a mould of your teeth.

im going to this school thing this friday For acting And we Have to Spend two nights There and share a hotel room with someone I snore and well lets face it no one wants to be the snorer in the group its humiliating

I am 32 lady with kids and hubby. No bad habits for both of us. I did family planning last year only. During sleeping i snore with very sound. but my husband not. I don’t know how to overcome? i feel shame for it?
Any psychological problems? or physiological?

I have spring and summer allergies and they are in full force. I wake up and my nose is stuffed, my ears are plugged, my eyes are puffy and my mouth is dry from snoring all night. It takes a few hours for my head to drain and with an allergy pill I’m usually o.k. for the day but it just seems to build back up during the night. What are some pill usages or types of allergy meds or other remedies that can make my mornings not suck?

I stay up at night because i cant sleep b/c his really loud he sleeps on his side which was told work but still nothing what to do?

I live in New Delhi, India. I read an article recently which said that snoring causes distorted teeth and other problems and snoring is caused by enlarged tonsils. My daughter too suffers from tonsilitis and sore throat very easily and often I given her Homoepathic medicine (its name is ‘Tonsil-Aid’) to cure it. Is there any permanent and effective cure for tonsilitis other than surgery ? Is there any other method to stop snoring ? She suffers from a disturbed sleep and remains lazy early in the morning

Hi, I have taken paxil since 2005 when I had a serious depressive episode. During that episode, I did not sleep for a good 2 months. I also think during that bad episode, I developed sleep apnea. I was 140 lbs during that time. I remember telling my husband that I could not sleep because I would wake up gasping for air. Now, after being on paxil for 3 years, I am ok, overweight, (210), I do snore according to family and spouse, and if I forget 1 dose, the next night, I wake up gasping for air. When I do take the paxil, I no longer forget to breathe. Do you think it could be the weight that has made me snore or have the apnea? Or could it be the paxil that has made me have sleep apnea? When I take the paxil, I do not dream, I usually sleep well and get rested for the most part. When I miss one dose, I seem to remember my dreams, I feel so tired. I am thinking of doing a drastic weight loss so I could stop the snoring. Like go from 210 t0 130. I wonder if it would cure the snoring?
