I’m worried. I think he might be sleep-deprived. He’s 8 years old. He’s not obese or anything so I don’t know why he is snoring. Might he have sleep apnea? Sometimes he shifts around in his sleep every 15 minutes.

How do I get my spouse to stop snoring?

My dog won't stop snoring.?

i have a 6 month old lab and when she sleeps she snores horribly!!! sometimes i can’t fall asleep cause she’s so bad. i have to wake her up each time she starts cause she is so loud. Anyone else have this problem or a solution?

How can I control snoring for real?

I’ve tried sleeping differently, nasal sprays, nasal strips, chin straps (which helped for a while) and I still can’t seem to stop. My doctor says I don’t need corrective surgery and told me to keep trying different things. I’m not overweight and I don’t drink in excess. Has anyone successfully stopped snoring on their own?

My current boyfriend smokes pot at least 15 per week. He snores soooo LOUD at night and we have now resorted to sleeping in different rooms of our apartment. He is overweight and doesn’t eat very healhy. I really want him to either eat better and exercise or go to the doctor and see if he possibly has sleep apnea. Can his excessive pot smoking be linked to the snoring?!?! This is starting to hinder our relationship and my sleep at night! Any help appreciated!

My cat is 2years old and kinda overweight, he can also be heard from two rooms over.

Can snoring run in the family?

I heard my dad snoring extremely loudly. He was sleeping on the floor (I think he was just really tired) on the top floor of my house and you can hear him from the bottom floor (my house has three floors). It’s kind of worrying cause I don’t want to snore like him. lol

Snoring grrrrr?

I cant’ stand when somebody snores even if I love them. Even if it’s not very loud and I am very tired, I still won’t sleep and it will drive me mad. Earplugs hurt my ears, sleeping in another room doesn’t help as I can still hear snoring. If it was music, TV, hammer, saw noise I would fall asleep but not when somebody snoring. Am I the only one like that? How do you cope with snoring? My husband tried different remedies to stop his snoring and they usually only help for first 30 min. His snoring is normally very loud.

can you have sleep apnea if you don't snore?

I had a sleep study and they said i have sleep apnea, and my mom told me she never heard never me snore, so I was wondering if its possible to have sleep apnea if you don’t snore?
