How did the letter Z become a symbol for sleeping? The letter Z sound doesn’t even sound like the sound of snoring…maybe a buzzing sound of a bee but not sleeping/snoring. Sometimes I hear people say "I’m gonna go catch some Z’s" instead of I’m going to sleep. Even when drawing pictures, to show that characters are sleeping one would place "Zzzzzzzzz".

Ok, so. I’ve been having this really strange thing recently. I was a very healthy kid; up until about a year and a half ago, the only illness i ever had was the chicken pox and stomach flu. So, this ‘illness’ is giving me a runny, but stuffed up nose. I cough a lot, and can’t breath out of my nose. I also have trouble sleeping, i snore loudly(so i’ve been told) and I frequently wake up in the middle of the night. So of course, I’m tired during the day. I’ve been sick like this 3 times since June, and I am really sick of it.
Yes, I am going to the doctors, I just like to get there and say, "well, maybe it could be …." That way, I know I’ll get proper treatment.
Actually, all doctors do not know every disease out there. Also, most doctors like when people know what’s going on. I actually just got home from NSLC on Medicine, and we learned there that doctors appreciate when you say, "Well, have you thought about …." They do get upset if you march in and say, "I HAVE THIS DISEASE!"

Thinks about it: swolen tonsils cause sleep apnea and snoring and may also be caused buy or cause strep throat which keeps many kids out of school a yeat. Many infants and children die from sleep apnea and snoring bothers the crap ouit of all of us. I personally think they should be removed but i want other opinions. Yes I know the tonsils have a role but ive had mine removed along with my adnoids and I might have had strep once and it was very minor. So think about it.

I have been married for 2 years and for the last year I’ve had to sleep in a separate room from my husband because he can’t get any rest with my snoring. We’ve tried here and there but in the end it comes down to me being back in my own room again.

Beags snores like an old man. It’s funny but disruptive when we are sleeping. ( she sleeps in crate in bedroom). Are there any home remedies to ease her snoring?
