I have a snoring problem when I sleep on my back. How do solve this problem
My husband snores loudly every night which makes it difficult for me to try to get some sleep. He has tried the nose strips and they didn’t work for him at all. Any other suggestions?
my mom has a really bad problem with snoring and she sleeps right next door to me. she is a little heavy and stocky, but i need a solution other than weight loss. much appreciated
I need something that really works. I snor extremely bad. My wife complains. And I’m in the military everyone is complaining that they can’t sleep becasue of my snoring.
My cat is pretty old. I’ve had her for 23 years now but she got really sick, really fast. Here’s a list of her problems:
*Severe Kidney Disease
*Hyperthyroidism which causes her to eat/drink constantly but still lose weight. She only weighs 4.5 pounds now. I can feel her bones.
*There’s something pushing her eye out of socket. The vet believes this to be a tumor
*Urinary tract infection
*Abcess tooth/rotten teeth
*She tries not to put too much weight on her back right leg but she can still walk and jump
*When she breathes, she sounds like she’s snoring
*She is losing her hearing
I love my cat so much and I just cry at the thought of not having her with me anymore but I know I have to do what’s best for her. The vet says that she’s too old for any kind of treatment and that I should just try to keep her happy and comfortable but they didn’t tell me to put her down. What should I do?
If she is in pain, I will put her down. I don’t want her to suffer because I don’t want to let her go. That would be selfish of me and this is about her, not me.
As for quality of life, she sleeps a lot and just wants to eat when she’s not sleeping. She doesn’t play much anymore. She just hangs out and climbs in our laps when she’s ready for snuggles.
I know that no one can tell me what to do. I was hoping to hear what you would do if you were in my position. Thank you so much for your answers.
I am Male 35 yrs of age, lately i have noticed i have started to snore a lot as told by my wife, earlier i used to snore but was mild now it is vigorous. I am aware that it is very annoying to spouse besides this what i want to know how bad it is health wise, i recall a pro gramme on tv that said it could possibly related to some upcoming heart problem. So can anyone throw some light on this?
there has been no change in my life style in recent past and i take complete sleep during night and i have no problems pertaining to sleep.
You’d think snoring loudly in the middle of a forest, surrounded by carnivorous animals, would be maladaptive from an evolutionary perspective. Is there a way it could have ben adaptive? Or was snoring simply unusual during the earlier stages of our evolution because everyone was lean, mean and not suffering from anything like apnea?
Or at least not suffering from anything like it for long?
I do, and I think its THE cutest sound ever.
I need answers to this problem.
I keep snoring and my girlfriend absolutely hates it. She tells me that she has to nudge me every 5 minutes to shut me up, I’ve tried nasal strips that don’t work. Any suggestions?
