any home remedies for snoring

Anything except actually snoring…..I was thinking of starting with a question, or a small anecdote they can relate to, but I’m not entirely sure how to word it….

Ok, so im going on a camping trip with my bf nd there parents. And i snore :/ How can i stop snoring, without using those strips? Cause it’d b ambarasing wearing a friggin plaster on ur nose whilst ur bfs there. Yanoo . Thank youu <3

Why do some people snore? What causes it? How to stop it?
Why do some people sneeze so loud(not on purpose)? How to reduce the loudness?

Does body weight have anything to do with it?

My husband snores and I get zero sleep I am sure that it has to do with his sinuses but he doesn’t have any issues during the day any one know any cures so I can get some ZZzzzZ’s?

He snores constantly and very loudly and is about 30 pounds overweight. I’m trying to encourage to eat better (or less) and move more, and I’m just wondering if he might have sleep apnea. Thanks!

He sleeps at the end of my bed and some nights it wakes me up it’s so loud!
He farts too but I think that’s a different issue. He’s a cocker spaniel.

she snores like a piggy

My boyfriend snores horribly!!!! He really needs to have his tonsils removed but we have heard it’s not safe for men. So…… any ideas (serious ones) would be appreciated!
