Hello. My husband has a terrible problem with snoring. We have tried the spays and the nose-strips and even changing positions. Its really irritating sometimes.. does any one have any suggestions on how to make it stop?

i just think i picked up my boyfriends habits because i also started drooling ( i know gross) help!!!

I know it’s caused by nasal cavities and maybe your respitory system. But I’ve heard it has to do with your weight as well. Is it just your weight, or an overall unhealthy diet?

Have any of you been cured from snoring? How do you stop it? How do you prevent it? any advise?
Is there any relation with weight gain or smoking?

LOL. Just on the lighter part. Hubby snores a lot in the night and you know how it will be….. Cool. Is there a solution for this problem? How do you manage to sleep when your partner snores?
