My partner snores sooo loud it is keeping me awake at night, he never used to but now we are arguing about it, so any ideas minus surgery would be great.

I had a tape recorder running last night while I was sleeping to see if I snored & I did. Should I have been able to tell if i had sleep apnea with a recorder?

I’m going away for a week with my girlfriend and her family. I know I snore, and I’m looking for a way to reduce it for the week I’m away. It’s embarassing and I don’t want them to think I’m annoying because I’ll be sleeping in the same room as them. Any suggestions?
If you have any tips or products that help reduce snoring, that would be great. Have you or someone you know tried anything that worked?

Someone I know snorts at times in their sleep, not snore snorts what causes that?

I’ve been told by my boyfriend that I snore very loudly when i’m sleeping. It was so worse the other night that he had to sleep in the lounge. What should I do about it? I’ve been a snorer my whole life I think, since I was just a little girl but I didnt realise it was this worse till my boyfriend made it clear to me. Does anyone know any remedy that can help? When I get beauty treatments done, I like to be relaxed. I don’t plan to fall asleep but thats what happens. Take the other day, my roommates & I went for pedicures. I close my eyes and get relaxed (that’s what I remember). They tell me once I fall asleep my mouth pops open & I start snoring really loud. (I am a mouth breather who snores). They say the serene peaceful environment has been invaded by a SNORING LOUD GROWLING BEAR!!! They say people laugh at me, get angry due to all the noise. I’m not trying to be insenstive, but I’ve paid my money, so what with the sound?? Do you agree?? Shouldn’t I be left alone?

I’m pretty sure I have sleep apnea, because on occasions I hear myself snore once and then wake up. If I lose weight, will that cure it?

lets say u really need some sleep but u cant due to ur partner snoring..how do u survive through the night?
