Ugh I’m trying to watch a freakin movie and my dad fell asleep and won’t stop snoring!!! How do I make him shut up for crying out loud?!

Okay, i never usually snore unless i go to sleep after drinking that night. I am kind of aware of why this happens but im wondering if there is anything i can do to prevent it becasue it is kind of embarrassing!

I need a real answer…what causes each one and what surgeries correct it….and so on…websites welcome…pls no silly answers…okay maybe a few but i need an answer!

I snore a lot. I have tried numerous sleeping positions. It’s frustrating. My mouth is open which causes dry mouth and eventually sore throats. I need help fast!

I often go to the spa for beauty treatments – facial, pedicure, massage, etc. and often fall asleep. I am told a little rudely that I snore very loudly & that it is distracting to do a facial on me when my mouth is open & I am snoring & drooling. I say just deal with it!!

I have started snoring quite bad and it’s keeping my partner awake and giving him restless nights. I’m nervous to fall asleep as it’s putting a big strain on things. Does any 1 have any tips, remedies or solutions…thank you

Besides losing Weight, using Breathe Right Strips, and Throat Spray, does anyone know of any natural remedies?
Not all snorers have Apnea so that is not the issue here. He sleeps on his side and still snore like a train.
Help????

Apparently I snore pretty loud. Usually amplified when I drink.
This weekend I don’t want to be snoring. How do I do this?
