what is the best way to stop snoring

Hello, i never knew i had a snoring issue until i got married. My wife gets perfect sleep when im not in the room and gets little sleep when i am in the room. Ive tried a number of things for my snoring, from what my ENT told me i have a nasal septum issue and thats causing me to breath out of my mouth more than normal. So until i get that surgery is there anything else i can do for snoring. Ive tried antihistamines, ive tried nasal rinses, ive tried breath right strips, ive tried vicks rub, i dont know what else i can try but if theres anything else please tell me. thanks.

what medicine can we take that doesn’t affect his asthma?

All day long I am fine. As soon as I lay down my sinuses clog up and I can barely breath. I do breathing exercises to relax my nasal canal, it gives some relief, only one nasal opens up. When I switch sides I am laying on it switches nasal passages. I believe this is the source of my snoring. What should I do?

My husband recently snoring loudly while he is sleeping. This causes me can’t sleep well during night time. Is there anybody call tell me how to solve and cure this snoring problem?

Is there a quick fix that doesnt involve meds or anything?

I’m a 17 year old girl. I’m 5′1 and weigh 105 pounds. I work out 4 days a week. But for some reason everyone complains of my extremely loud snoring. People have asked to leave the room while we’re sleeping, tried to wake me up and stop me by throwing various things at me, but for some reason I never wake up! What should I do? Can I solve this at home or is it a health issue? Oh and I had my tonsils and adnoids removed when I was 2.

I snore alot while I sleep. some times my family members get disturbed of that.
