My roommate snores like a dinosaur and it has left me with many restless nights, I’ve brought it up with him multiple times but he just doesn’t care. Any tips?

I am suffering from snoring and OSA and would like to undergo a laser surgery to cure it. Is there any hospital in Pune / Mumbai where laser treatment for snoring is offered?

Wife is more of a night person and therefore stays up on late nights while I get up in the mornings. When she wants to go to sleep she wants the wall because if I sleep against the wall, she says I attempt to push her off the bed in my sleep. I remember none of this when I wake up. And she says I snore loud enough to vibrate the windows. How do I solve this?

No joke, he is really loud, sometimes I think he is going to swallow his head, if not the pillow. I have tried nudging him, elbowing him, turning him on his side, moving about to disturb him, but no luck. He has tried an anti snoring spray which stunk like glue, it did help a bit and he has used the strips accross the nose. I am getting to the point of sleeping in another room, but he can still be heard loud and clear. It is like torture, because I can’t get any sleep and I am having to take sleeping pills. Help.
