I am NOT overweight….I actually hit the mark for how much I am supposed to weigh for my age and height.

I am snoring loudly since my childhood. Soon I need to share a room with some other guys. I really need a home remedy to stop the noise. I read in BBC news about taping the lips together. Any idea about it?
