I have a 5 month old mini schnauzer, toto-grace. And she snores!!! loud!!! How do I get her to stop?she is not over weight

Maybe it is simply a case of "Hey, tough luck," but I have always been sensitive to things loud and melodic: dripping gutters, snoring and now it is heavy bass (no matter where it is coming from). It makes me sooooo anxious and I start to get mad that I have no control over whether I hear it or not.
If its at night, I become so fixated on it that I get even more anxious.
When I was a child, I would never have certain friends sleep over because they snored (or even just loud breathing would do it) and that was all I could hear all night, unable to sleep.
In regards to roommate or neighbors’ music, if its just music, that’s one thing, but once the focus becomes a heavy bass…OMG! I can’t handle it! It drives me nuts!
Am I just a control freak? Does it simply boil down to me being out of luck?

I dont drink often but when i do for instance if i drink heavily (6-pack or more) i notice that i snore…sometimes loud enough to wake myself up! and sometimes my girlfriend says i stop breathing momentarily!!…im a pretty healthy 28yr old guy, but does too much beer cause snoring/ sleep apneia? (<–spelling?) thanks!

How bad is snoring on our general health? Is there any treatment for snoring?

I don’t know how one can sleep through with the sound of their snores?

My mom snores pretty loud & she doesn’t know how to prevent it,…yes she went to doctors & all…but nothing helps!
