Hi all out there. Any advice or remedies to stop or minimise snoring besides surgery, medication or devices?

I can usually sleep fine if I fall asleep before him. But I cannot fall asleep if he falls asleep before me and he falls asleep faster than I do. Is there something he could take for snoring?

My friend who grew attached to me told me the other day that I snore. While he was cleaning the downstairs bathroom, I was on the couch watching TV, and I fell asleep, and I am a very light sleeper, and did not hear him come upstairs, and when he was done, he woke me up, and told me to wake up, and I told him that I was not sleeping, and he said to me that I was because he could hear me snoring, and I told him that I was wheezing, and he said that I was snoring. Therefore, was I snoring, or was I wheezing, and does asthma cause snoring?

My dad is diabetic, has high blood pressure, congestive heart failure, and has been hospitalized for two strokes. Lately, when I got to visit him, he breaths heavily- while awake- and then produces a loud snoring sound that cause some of his body to tremble as well. It sounds just like a snore but he is not asleep.

Lool, my sister is really bugging me about how she wants to stop snoring. does anyone no what solutions there is for this

I have read a little about "treatments", but curious to any opinions on here. I’ve read to quit smoking- done. Loose weight- but I’m not heavy. I have pretty bad allergies which more than likely causes the snoring. My mate just started wearing earplugs. While we can joke about it and are dealing with each other’s snoring, we’d like to see what action could be taken. Any help is appreciated.
