It’s gotten really bad lately, and it keeps me up at night. I yell "stop snoring", kick him, and that will make him stop for about 2 minutes, but then it starts again. (He never remembers my yelling or kicks in the morning, so I don’t feel bad.) He never snored in 8 years of marriage until 6 months ago. He’s in his mid 30’s, is extremely fit and is at or below his ideal weight, and has had no change in health. He says the snoring is because he’s "exhausted." It’s true that he is working longer hours these days. But in any case, the snoring needs to stop! I’m going nuts!

I can’t sleep with his loud snoring and nothing helps, short of him sleeping in another room. We’ve tried the nasal strips and the SnoreStop with no success… Other than surgery, what else can we do?

I know someone who tends to pass out in 2 seconds and snores and wakes up in the same 2 and doesn’t realize they were snoring. Is this caused by high blood pressure? What else could it be? The same person tends to breath deep when they are really sound asleep.

My fiance has had to sleep on the sofa a couple of nights because my snoring has gotten so bad in the last week. I’m 39 weeks as of Friday. He says that he tries to nudge me, but it just keeps going. I have even woken myself up a couple of times. I usually don’t snore. He said that even though he grew up with three brothers and lived with male roommates in college, he has never heard snoring like this – it is rather embarrassing. Has anyone else experienced this?

My wife says I snore every night, especially when lying on my back. Does anyone know of a free or cheap (i.e. less than ) snoring solution?

I use a device to keep from snoring. It’s cheap, under . It’s easy to buy. It’s available in most cities. It is made for another purpose. It works unbelievably well. I’ve used it for 6 years. It could be modified to be better but I don’t know how to do any of it.

Has anyone had this done or know someone who has? My husband is a terrible snorer and i am awake several times a night. He snores if he is on his back or side there is no difference.
I have got ear plugs, have tried spray/ nasal strips etc but no use.
I saw an advert in press yester day for place that used laser/radio frequency treatment and just wondered if it is worth looking into and how much it costs?
