I’m about to get married, and my fiance can’t stand how i sleep! I MUST stop snoring so we can sleep in the same room at least when we get married. I have tried:
-Breath Rite strips, BR throat sprays, and BR mouth gargle
-nasal decongestant pills
-allergy medication
-I sleep on my side
-nasal sprays
almost everything, i would prefer not seeing a doctor, as I have no health insurance at the moment, i’m hoping for another solution!

I tend to snore loud like a bear in hibernation. Is there a way for me to reduce snoring or stop snoring period? Much thanks!

My husband snores and gets mad if I have him roll over in the middle of the night. How do you handle your partners snoring?

. It is a little bit price-y but hey if you know of someone who can’t sleep and you they have that sleep apnea and are at risk for even death then the price should be covered by insurance I think. Tell me if you find it helpful

Hello,
My friend and me have a problem due to his snore. I really do love him, however it’s incredibly strenous to wake up during night due to the noise he makes. I’m quiet sure, that one’s able to find out the reasons for snoring, yet how is that done and does anyone know how much it costs? I don’t want to switch to the couch, but I’m tired of being awake when all I really want is just to sleep.
Thanks in advance.

I’ve heard that being overweight can contribute to snoring, but I’ve never read anything about any physiological correlation. Can someone enlighten me? "I have this friend" who wants to know ;-D

Recently my old man has started snoring EXCEPTIONALLY LOUD. We don’t have insurance, so our resources are limited as to what to do. I’m willing to try pretty much any homeopathic remedies, or SOMETHING that is non invasive, as he won’t put anything in his mouth. Also, I already take sleep medication, but just in the last week, it’s gotten considerably worse.
