I’m not overweight, I sleep on my back. Sometimes I drool, lol. I’m so loud that my husband has been sleeping in another room. I even woke up a few times due to some loud noise and I realized it was me! Although I do get tired throughout the day, I feel like I get enough sleep. What’s wrong with me?

My hubby snores a lot and at times it gets so bad that he ceases to breath suddenly and then restarts. I can hardly sleep. Anyone knows the effect of snoring and how it can be stopped permanently? with herbal or orthodox medicine, without side effects?

Everyone is effected by snoring, so I thought I would research about cures for snoring. If you know of effective ways to stop or cure snoring, please let me know.

I try all the stuff to stop snoring but nothing work ,I can snore sleeping on my side/stomac ,even if I use nasal spray with an anti-snoring patch on my nose .Will really wich I could get an operation to stop it
