I have been a snorer since I was a child. Apparently It gets quite loud. I do smoke & drink but not as a child!! The only time I didn’t snore apparently was when I spent 2 wks in Lanzarote with my husband. He sometimes sleeps in the spare room due to my snoring so he would definitely notice the change! Could it be something to do with the humidity/heat in the air? I have had mild asthma since I was 4. My kids are complaining now so I really need to do something. thanx

Ok my neighbor is a like 40 something guy and hes really fat. He works like crazy and Ive been mowing his lawn and walking his dogs for the better part of 2-3 years now. He works in California "we live in VA" apparently he is done working there and is back in VA for 4-6 months.

The problem is this. He doesnt sleep in his Master bedroom even tho the house is empty beside’s him in it. The bedroom he sleeps in is right next to mine. (this is a townhouse subdivision) I cannot stand his snoring anymore. Every single night i toss and turn and it takes me like an hour or more to fall asleep because the snoriliterallylly rumbles the walls and flooring. So he must have sleep apnea, how do i go about asking him to sleep in the bedroom’s on the other side of his house ? He is a end unit so he wouldnt bother other people if he simply moved 1 bedroom over..

I dont want to seem like a Jerk because he loaned me alot of money in the past for bills. I just cant stand the noise anymore.
No its not a matter of my bed being next to that wall… I can hear the noise accross my room and een in the hallway. He must be snoring extremely loud, because it litterally makes a rumble sound. My bed is on the otherside of my room anyway

I’ve never really snored while I slept on a regular basis, but now I’m snoring every night and that’s not usual for me. Sometimes I snore when I’m really tired. I’ve been going to bed at maybe twelve o’clock in the morning and getting up at nine to get my nine hours of sleep every night, but if I go to bed at ten and wake up at seven will I stop snoring?
