My brother is sleeping right now and is snoring louder than a donkey. Recently he’s been asking me if he snores too loud, and I wonder if I snore as well. What causes snoring and how can you prevent it?

Wife is more of a night person and therefore stays up on late nights while I get up in the mornings. When she wants to go to sleep she wants the wall because if I sleep against the wall, she says I attempt to push her off the bed in my sleep. I remember none of this when I wake up. No joke, he is really loud, sometimes I think he is going to swallow his head, if not the pillow. I have tried nudging him, elbowing him, turning him on his side, moving about to disturb him, but no luck. He has tried an anti snoring spray which stunk like glue, it did help a bit and he has used the strips accross the nose. I am getting to the point of sleeping in another room, but he can still be heard loud and clear. It is like torture, because I can’t get any sleep and I am having to take sleeping pills. Help.

I have had problems my whole life with snoring, and was wondering if anyone had suggestions for the best stop snoring home remedy. It’s really been bothering me recently, and I want it to stop already! Any help would be appreciated.
